Personal Training

Our workouts are created to remove any imbalances that may exist in the body. Through our natural movement based system, we incorporate patterns such as crawling, climbing, pushing and pulling. We utilize a number of tools and methods to achieve this including resistance bands, free weights, stretching and gymnastics inspired movements.


In 10 sessions you see a difference, in 20 you feel a difference and in 30 you have a whole new body” said founding father of Pilates, Mr Joseph Pilates. Our Pilates specialists bring awareness to the entire body by creating exercises that awaken and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. Utilising Pilates equipment and bodyweight movements, your body is pushed and tested to create a long and lean physique.

Water Barre

WaterBarre is the perfect body altering experience that mixes traditional ballet style resistance work with intervals of stretching and strengthening in the pool. WaterBarre targets the major muscle groups and improves posture and alignment, helping you to achieve that highly coveted ballet body more efficiently and safely. Ballet and Pilates techniques are performed against the added resistance of water to help develop strong, sculpted lean muscles while the water provides support for the body, reducing stress on joints. 


Our one-to-one Yoga practitioners specialize in Vinyassa Flow and Jivamukti Yoga techniques. Each session is designed to open and strengthen the body through both breathing and stretching poses designed to leave muscles warmed and restored whilst creating an overall sense of clarity.
